Anyone store can do a good job, but you know you have a great store when something isn't as expected and the store bends over backwards to create solutions. Bowman did just that. We ordered a Telescope table and chairs, however we ordered a higher quality chair than the normal chair it came with. When it arrived, it looked great, chairs were extremely comfortable as we had hoped. However the chair sat too low and the table was too high (although the table was the right height). The fix was taking the table back, shortening the legs (not an easy fix as well as the table needed to be picked up and redelivered). That's exactly what Bowman did, no hassles, no extra charges, just bent over backwards to make us happy. That's a store to buy from again!

I recently purchased an American Fyre fire table from Bowman’s and am extremely impressed with the entire experience. The sales team was knowledgeable and helped me navigate the available options. I was able to see many of the options in-person at their extensive show room. Their pricing is very competitive and their delivery team was friendly and professional.

Very helpful staff. Excellent quality furniture that’s expensive however, their prices are reasonable compared to other stores selling the same product. Delivery was on time as promised.
